Returning to the Original Hasidic Teachings of the Ba’al Shem Tov With Reb Moshe Aharon
In this class we will look deeply into the core teachings of the Ba’al Shem Tov, Maggid of Mezeritch and their immediate disciples
concerning devequt: the experience of God-Consciousness. The class will consist of inquiries into the nature of direct, immediate Knowledge of God (Da’at), how to reunite with the Divine Source (Ultimate Reality) in its various levels and degrees, how to ascend through those levels, and how to sustain such enhanced states of consciousness. Practice of key methods for attaining, enhancing, and sustaining such states will be emphasized and experienced during the class sessions. This is a class for all those for whom “God” is an aspect of inner experience and for those who would like that to be the case.
The class is usually held on the first and third Sundays of each month, beginning at 2:30 pm Mountain Time (1:30 Pacific, 3:30 Central and 4:30 Eastern).
