The New Moon of Tishri (Rosh Hashanah) ushers in the most powerful month in the traditional Jewish calendar. This class focuses on the deep spiritual process that can occur during the month of Tishri and how the energy uniquely available to us this month can empower us all the way to winter and the festival of renewing Light (Hanukkah). In addition to a transmission of teachings from Kabbalah and Hasidic sources, we practiced the Light of Wisdom meditation practice for balancing the right and left sides of the Heart. This course series began in the Fall of 2008 and ended in December, 2008. It includes 6 classes each approximately 90 minutes in length.
